Product Description
The PRD Air Core 100 is a robust and efficient sample recovery air core drilling rig with a pull-up force of 10,000 kg, capable of drilling 4-inch diameters up to 100 meters in depth. It is designed for surface exploration and offers a drilling angle range of 45 to 90 degrees. The rig is powered by a hydraulic system from the Truck Engine with PTO option. It features a sturdy platform structure made of welded steel. The mast is raised and lowered by a single hydraulic cylinder, and the feed system utilizes a double-acting hydraulic cylinder with a 1:2 rope reeving system. The rig is equipped with a rotary head, including essential attachments such as an RC head, cyclone, RC hose, and swivel. It also features a hydraulic-operated breakout wrench for fast breaking of rod joints. The rig includes a hydraulic tank with a capacity of 450 liters, and a centralized control panel. It offers mounting options of truck, crawler, and skid for versatile applications.
