Product Description
The PRD OZ RC Rig is a robust and efficient surface exploration sample recovery reverse circulation drill rig with a pull-up force of 25800 kg and a drilling capacity of 400 meters. It features a 260 hp deck engine, a heavy welded structured steel platform, and a tubular box type mast assembly powered by hydraulic cylinders. The rig utilizes a fabricated steel body with spur gear reduction and an oil bath lubrication gearbox, along with top and bottom swivels and a blow-down unit. A swing-out centralized control panel ensures convenient operation and a clear view of the drill table, while optional attachments such as progress monitoring, fuel monitoring, bit load sensing, GPS, and remote access capabilities add versatility. The rig can be mounted on trucks, crawlers, or skids, accommodating various operational requirements.
